History
The château of Malvirade is a 17th century building which belonged to the de Sacriste family. This château comprises a main dwelling flanked by two pavilions and a wing at right angles. A room in the south pavilion has painted beams showing scenes of tropical hunting and a painted frieze of military trophies. The building was considerably modified in the late 19th century-early 20th century.
