Le théâtre, construit en 1820 par les architectes Rougevin et de Guerchy, conserve de cette époque l'aspect général et certains éléments de façade. La salle, conçue par L. Regnier, marquis de Guerchy, refaite en 1850, puis en 1880, n'a plus été modifiée depuis cette date, sauf quelques adjonctions de staff vers 1900. Plafond peint ancien réalisé par Compan et Plumet.

The theatre, constructed in 1820 by architects Rougevin and de Guerchy, preserves from that period the general appearance and certain façade elements. The auditorium, designed by L. Regnier, marquis de Guerchy, refurbished in 1850, then in 1880, has not been modified since that date, except for some additions of plasterwork around 1900. Old painted ceiling executed by Compan and Plumet.
