Immeuble construit de 1904 à 1911 par les architectes Pierre et M. Humbert pour Jean-Charles Chantrell, sur l'avenue Charles-Floquet, percée à cette époque. Pastiche d'une architecture palladienne, l'édifice se signale, à l'intérieur, par son décor à base de marbre polychrome et par son escalier elliptique à éclairage zénithal. L'immeuble, qui abritait les services de Radio-Paris pendant l'Occupation, est occupé depuis 1963 par la Délégation à l'aménagement du territoire et à l'action régional.

History
Building constructed from 1904 to 1911 by architects Pierre and M. Humbert for Jean-Charles Chantrell, on the avenue Charles-Floquet, opened at this time. Pastiche of Palladian architecture, the building is distinguished, in the interior, by its decoration based on polychrome marble and by its elliptical staircase with zenithal lighting.
