Fountain erected in 1895 to commemorate the preaching of the first crusade by Urban II, realised by Henri Gourgouillon. Fountain in Volvic lava executed in a style at once neo-classical and neo-Gothic; the bronze statue above the pedestal represents pope Urban II.
