Le volume intérieur présente une organisation de l'espace identique d'un étage à l'autre : quatre niveaux divisés en quatre pièces communicantes dont les murs de refend se superposent dans le même axe. Les quatre pièces ouvrent chacune par une porte cintrée sur un pallier spacieux précédé d'une large arcade cintrée, en harmonie avec les portes. Chaque pallier est desservi par un large escalier en vis, en pierre. Les pièces sur rue des deux étages ont conservé quelques cheminées du 15e siècle et des sols à tomettes.

History
The house is situated at the centre of the town, which has retained the essentials of its medieval and 18th-century urban structure, as well as a number of houses from the 15th and 16th centuries, in brick and timber framing. The typology of this building and that of its gallery over the courtyard, suggest that the house as it appears today existed as early as the 15th century. The building rises over four storeys. The east façade is pierced with two windows with accolade mouldings. The western façade overlooks a courtyard bordered, to the west, by two terraced gardens and, to the north, by a gallery on two levels. This gallery, built in traditional materials (bricks, stone and wood) seems to be the only example of this type still existing in Saint-Loup. The interior volume presents an organisation of space identical from storey to storey: four storeys divided into four communicating rooms whose partition walls are superimposed on the same axis. The four rooms open each by a round-arch door onto a spacious landing preceded by a wide round arch, in harmony with the doors. Each landing is served by a wide stone spiral staircase. The rooms fronting the street of the two storeys have retained some 15th-century fireplaces and tomette-tiled floors.
