L'ancienne abbaye féminine cistercienne fondée au début du 12e siècle, reconstruite en partie au milieu du 18e siècle, détruite à la Révolution, a conservé quelques vestiges, dont un vaste étang, des bois, des herbages et les restes de bâtiments des 14e, 16e, 17e, 18e et 19e siècles, entourés de murs formant l'enclos abbatial ; la porterie date du 14e siècle, la grange à dîme, du 17e siècle, les vestiges du cloître et le puits, du 18e siècle. L'ensemble des murs de clôture a une longueur de 1685 mètres.

History
The former Cistercian convent founded in the early 12th century, partly rebuilt in the mid-18th century, destroyed during the Revolution, has retained some vestiges, including a vast pond, woods, meadows and the remains of buildings from the 14th, 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, surrounded by walls forming the monastic enclosure; the gatehouse dates from the 14th century, the tithe barn from the 17th century, the vestiges of the cloister and the well from the 18th century. The whole of the enclosure walls has a length of 1685 metres.
