Usine construite en 1900 pour Jules Royer, fondateur en 1868 de l'imprimerie Royer, par l'architecte nancéien Lucien Weissenburger. La réalisation des planchers en béton armé est confiée à l'entreprise France-Lanord et Bichaton, le reste à l'entreprise nancéienne Bernanose. Le décor sculpté est réalisé par le sculpteur Ernest Bussière. L'entreprise cesse son activité à cet emplacement en 1988. L'usine, transformée en bureaux et en logements, a été protégée lors d'une campagne régionale sur l'Art Nouveau.

History
Factory built in 1900 for Jules Royer, founder in 1868 of the Royer printing works, by the Nancy architect Lucien Weissenburger. The realization of reinforced concrete floors is entrusted to the France-Lanord and Bichaton firm, the rest to the Nancy firm Bernanose. The sculpted decoration is realized by the sculptor Ernest Bussière. The enterprise ceases its activity at this location in 1988. The factory, transformed into offices and dwellings, was protected during a regional campaign on Art Nouveau.
