Historique
Tour construite de 1551 à 1573, toujours en service au début du 18e siècle, détruite par une explosion de munitions en 1792. Elle faisait partie de la juridiction de Calvi et relevait de la Camera. Elle était défendue par un chef de tour et deux soldats, et armée d'un faucon. C'est une tour circulaire à l'appareil de gros moëllons de granit, dont il ne reste que la base. Le magasin qui lui est accolé, en bon état, a été restauré en 1977 pour devenir gîte d'étape. De plan rectangulaire, celui-ci est couvert d'un toit de pierres sèches en forme de chapeau de gendarme. L'élévation nord est accolée à la tour.

History
Tower built from 1551 to 1573, still in service at the beginning of the 18th century, destroyed by an ammunition explosion in 1792. It was part of the jurisdiction of Calvi and was under the authority of the Camera. It was defended by a tower commander and two soldiers, and armed with a falcon. It is a circular tower of large granite rubble stone, of which only the base remains. The magazine adjoining it, in good condition, was restored in 1977 to become a rest-stop.
