Convent founded by Sainte-Jeanne-de-Chantal in 1626. Served as a prison during the Revolution and was then transformed into a barracks in 1810 when the monastery was given to the town. At the end of the 19th century, it was assigned to the Institution Saint-Lazare and underwent major alterations.
