Historique
Edifice d'origine romane sans doute lié à la fondation de la paroisse, vers la fin du 12e siècle, par les religieuses de l'abbaye de Vorey. En 1489, construction de la chapelle de la Sainte-Vierge (collatéral nord). Au 16e siècle, ajout du collatéral sud et des autres travées du collatéral nord. La grille du choeur fut réalisée au 18e siècle. En 1860, l'église fut agrandie par l'ajout d'une travée au fond de l'édifice et par la construction de la sacristie ; le clocher fut exhaussé et doté d'une flèche. Les boiseries du choeur, dues au sculpteur Chavane, furent exécutées entre 1881 et 1886.

History
Building of Romanesque origin undoubtedly linked to the foundation of the parish, towards the end of the 12th century, by the nuns of the abbey of Vorey. In 1489, construction of the chapel of the Holy Virgin (north aisle). In the 16th century, addition of the south aisle and other bays of the north aisle. The choir screen was made in the 18th century. In 1860, the church was enlarged by the addition of a bay at the end of the building and by the construction of the sacristy; the bell tower was heightened and given a spire. The choir woodwork, due to the sculptor Chavane, was executed between 1881 and 1886.
