Edifice construit en 1628, mais la maison noble est mentionnée dès le 15e siècle. Domaine racheté par Eiffel en 1896 qui y installa un observatoire météorologique. La maison présente un bâtiment rectangulaire. La façade sud a visiblement été plaquée contre la demeure, ce qui incite à penser que cette dernière est plus ancienne. Le côté Est comporte une porte sous fronton triangulaire et une grande fenêtre à croisée de meneaux. Les dispositions intérieures primitives se composaient de deux pièces au rez-de-chaussée, deux autres à l'étage. Ultérieurement, une construction basse est venue s'accoler au côté ouest de l'édifice, entouré de vastes chais au 19e siècle.

History
Building constructed in 1628, but the noble house is mentioned from the 15th century. Estate repurchased by Eiffel in 1896 who installed a meteorological observatory there. The house presents a rectangular building. The south façade has clearly been attached to the dwelling, which suggests that the latter is older. The east side comprises a door under a triangular pediment and a large mullioned window. The original interior arrangements consisted of two rooms on the ground floor, two others on the first floor. Subsequently, a low construction was attached to the west side of the building, surrounded by vast wine cellars in the 19th century.
