Historique
Hormis les fondations des bains romains, encore visibles dans le sous-sol, les thermes actuels datent de la fin du 18e siècle. Du Bâtiment Royal des Bains, commandé en 1776 par Victor-Amédée III et terminé en 1783 sous la direction des ingénieurs Nicoli de Robilant et Capellini, une façade d'ordre ionique subsiste. Réparé en 1816, l'établissement est agrandi de 1829 à 1832 et de nouveau entre 1854 et 1861, par l'architecte Jules Pellegrini. De nouveaux bâtiments sont construits de 1930 à 1934 par l'architecte départemental Roger Pétriaux, bâtiments surélevés de 1966 à 1971. Le décor du vestibule des années 1930 est intact. Le bâtiment de Pétriaux conserve aussi deux cabines de luxe, avec une décoration en mosaïque de style Art Déco.

History
Apart from the foundations of the Roman baths, still visible in the basement, the current thermal baths date from the end of the 18th century. Of the Royal Bath Building, commissioned in 1776 by Victor-Amédée III and completed in 1783 under the direction of engineers Nicoli de Robilant and Capellini, an Ionic order façade survives. Repaired in 1816, the establishment was enlarged from 1829 to 1832 and again between 1854 and 1861, by architect Jules Pellegrini. New buildings were constructed from 1930 to 1934 by departmental architect Roger Pétriaux, buildings elevated from 1966 to 1971. The décor of the vestibule from the 1930s is intact. The Pétriaux building also preserves two luxury cabins, with Art Deco style mosaic decoration.
