Historique
Le château, attesté dès le 13ème siècle, est transformé, au 18ème siècle, en demeure d'agrément puis restauré et convertit, en 1987, en hôtel de luxe. Le parc clos du domaine est entouré d'un mur d'enceinte où s'égrènent trois tours rondes. Il se compose d'un jardin à terrasses avec bassin, loggias, et glacière ainsi qu'un pigeonnier octogonal, situé à l'extérieur de l'enceinte. Le château lui-même se présente sous la forme d'un pentagone et sa structure semble dater du 13ème ou 14ème siècle. A l'intérieur, certaines pièces conservent un décor mural riche, avec, entre autres, le fruitier, au rez-de-chaussée, dont la voûte est ornée de rinceaux, le salon aux bouquets ou encore la chapelle.

History
The castle, attested from the 13th century, is transformed, in the 18th century, into a pleasure residence and then restored and converted, in 1987, into a luxury hotel. The enclosed park of the domain is surrounded by an enclosure wall where three round towers are set. It consists of a terraced garden with basin, loggias, and ice house as well as an octagonal dovecote, situated outside the enclosure. The castle itself presents itself in the form of a pentagon and its structure appears to date from the 13th or 14th century. Inside, certain rooms retain rich wall decoration, including, among others, the fruit store, on the ground floor, whose vault is ornamented with arabesques, the bouquet salon and also the chapel.
