Private mansion built from 1930 to 1931 by the architectural firm Armand Subit and Yves Gouyon, for the wealthy pharmacist Hatier. The apartments have been remodelled, but the Art Deco style decoration of the hall is well preserved; a bas-relief on the pediment is signed by sculptor Joanny Durand.
