Vers 1560, édification du château actuel par Raymond Blaïn, seigneur de Poët-Celard. La cour intérieure paraît avoir été en partie refaite vers 1740. La galerie Est de quatre travées a dû être créée à ce moment (1744 inscrit sur la deuxième arcade). Au cours de cette campagne, la façade sud a dû recevoir au premier étage des fenêtres à linteau cintré. Les autres fenêtres du château sont manifestement du 16e siècle.

History
Around 1560, building of the present castle by Raymond Blaïn, lord of Poët-Celard. The interior courtyard appears to have been partly remade around 1740. The east gallery of four bays must have been created at this time (1744 inscribed on the second arcade). In the course of this campaign, the south façade must have received on the first floor windows with curved lintel. The other windows of the castle are manifestly from the 16th century.
