L'année 1652 est gravée sur le tympan. L'église est sans doute une reconstruction à partir d'un édifice peut-être d'origine romane, et de l'ancien château. L'église est bâtie sur les remparts du village, une des tours tenant lieu de clocher. Plan à nef unique et abside à trois pans. A l'intérieur, la nef est voûtée en plein cintre et le choeur est voûté en cul-de-four. Décor intérieur peint datant sans doute du 19e siècle. L'abside est décorée de caissons en trompe-l'oeil en camaïeu bleu-gris ; l'arc triomphal est décoré d'instruments de musique ; et sur la voûte de la nef figurent des médaillons représentant des saints.

History
The year 1652 is engraved on the tympanum. The church is doubtless a reconstruction from a building perhaps of Romanesque origin, and of the old castle. The church is built on the ramparts of the village, one of the towers serving as a bell tower. Plan with single nave and apse with three sides. Inside, the nave is vaulted with a barrel vault and the choir is vaulted in a cul-de-four. Interior painted decoration probably dating from the 19th century. The apse is decorated with coffering in trompe-l'oeil in blue-grey monochrome; the triumphal arch is decorated with musical instruments; and on the vault of the nave are medallions representing saints.
