Exemple type de ferme bressane, caractérisée par un "foyer chauffant au large" constituant la maison dans le bâtiment d'habitation, dont la hotte est surmontée d'une souche de cheminée en briques, décorative, émergeant de basses toitures. Cheminées dites "à clocher" ou "à la mode de Bresse". La ferme se compose, selon les dispositions traditionnelles, d'un bâtiment d'habitation à cheminée bressane, de plan rectangulaire. Il est complété au 19e siècle par un bâtiment en retour d'équerre qui contenait la grange et les étables. Le puits se trouve au centre de la cour. A l'est de l'habitation, un petit bâtiment en pisé contenait le four et la porcherie. L'habitation présente la particularité d'être construite en carrons savoyards, les façades étant régulièrement percées d'une porte et fenêtre accolée.

History
Typical example of a Bressane farm, characterized by a "wide hearth" constituting the house in the dwelling building, whose hood is surmounted by a decorative brick chimney stack, emerging from low roofs. Chimneys said to be "bell-tower" or "in the Bresse manner". The farm is composed, according to traditional arrangements, of a dwelling building with a Bressane chimney, of rectangular plan. It is completed in the 19th century by a building at right angles which contained the barn and the stables. The well is located in the centre of the courtyard. To the east of the dwelling, a small building in rammed earth contained the oven and the pigsty. The dwelling has the particularity of being built in Savoyard timber framing, the façades being regularly pierced with a door and an adjoining window.
