Maison de bois avec de grosses poutres en saillie et double encorbellement, hourdis de brique roses. Façade sans colonnette. Pans de bois dessinant des grands damiers, au premier étage. Dessin moins régulier au deuxième étage. Lucarne hautes à l'aplomb de l'étage et avec des couverture en bâtière. Rue Jules Mogonnet : rdc: Angle gauche : un gros pilier en pierre avec corbeau supportant une poutre courant tout au long de la façade, et formant linteau au-dessus de la vitrine du magasin. Une petite vitrine non refaite, une porte d'entrée en bois, l'encadrement en pierre avec chanfrein, une grande vitrine en voie de restauration. Angle droit : pilier en pierre supportant la maison voisine en encorbellement, non restaurée. 1er étage : trois grandes fenêtres dont l'une à petits bois, une souillarde 2e étage : un lucarne rectangulaire, deux lucarnes hautes, couverture en bâtière. Cour des Jacobins : Murs de pierre galets et briques savoyardes, léger renflement. Façade modifiée au rdc, une porte, deux fenêtres, un fenestrons. 1er étage : fenêtre en pierre à meneaux, fenestrons avec encadrement en pierre. Combles : ouvertures à l'air libre.
