Château situé à une quinzaine de kilomètres au sud-est d'Amiens et dominant le village et la vallée de la Noye. construit vers 1750 par Firmin Ducrocquet, issu d'une très ancienne famille de l'échevinage amiénois et lui-même maire d'Amiens, ce château présente une architecture de pierre d'une grande sobriété de facture, avec corps central simplement rythmé par un avant-corps saillant sommé d'un fronton et prolongé par deux ailes plus basses. Face au château, et lui faisant vis-à-vis, la ferme de la basse cour présente deux cours successives, la première délimitée par des bâtiments du 18e siècle, la seconde se composant de bâtiments construits au 19e siècle, le tout dominé par l'élégante silhouette d'un pigeonnier-porche, brique et pierre.

History
Castle situated some fifteen kilometres south-east of Amiens and overlooking the village and the valley of the Noye. Built around 1750 by Firmin Ducrocquet, descended from a very ancient family of the Amiens magistracy and himself mayor of Amiens, this castle presents an architecture of stone of great sobriety of workmanship, with central body simply articulated by a projecting avant-corps surmounted by a pediment and extended by two lower wings. Facing the castle, and confronting it, the farmyard farm presents two successive courtyards, the first bounded by buildings of the 18th century, the second composed of buildings constructed in the 19th century, the whole dominated by the elegant silhouette of a porch tower dovecote, brick and stone.
