Grand cellier de plan rectangulaire, partagé en deux galeries voûtées d'ogives et séparées par trois piliers octogonaux. Prolongé à l'ouest par un grand caveau et à l'est par deux petits caveaux (sous la rue). Ultime témoignage de l'hôtel monastique urbain de l'abbaye de Valsery. Composition très authentique et qui a préservé en grande partie sa configuration originelle. Les nervures des voûtes offrent de plus un profil relativement rare.

History
Large cellar of rectangular plan, divided into two galleries with rib vaults and separated by three octagonal pillars. Extended to the west by a large vault and to the east by two small vaults (under the street). Ultimate testimony to the urban monastic hotel of the abbey of Valsery. Very authentic composition which has largely preserved its original configuration. The ribs of the vaults moreover offer a relatively rare profile.
