History
Probable construction around 1195 of the porch tower. Chevet in 1205. Building campaigns until 1476, the date of completion of the nave. In the 13th century, the collegiate church is one of the largest in France. Fires and defects in the stability of the vaults lead to successive restorations, and delay the building of the western facade, which remains unfinished. The church is erected as a minor basilica in 1876. After the damage of 1917, vaults, stained glass windows and roofing are restored.
