History
Built on the very site of the quarry, this castle was the manor of the viscounts of Berzy. In the 14th-15th century: entrance barbican with bascule gate, surmounted by machicolations and flanked by two watch-turrets. In the 16th century: chapel, curiously located in the moat of the castle.
