Historique
Cet ensemble se compose de trois bâtiments. La chapelle et le château remontent au 15e siècle. Ils ont été complètement remaniés après 1840 et décorés dans le style troubadour. Le logis du 18e siècle a été construit pour recevoir les services administratifs du diocèse. Ces bâtiments s'organisent autour d'un espace central rectangulaire au milieu d'un vaste et remarquable parc. L'histoire de cet ensemble est très liée à celui de l'abbaye de la victoire. History
This ensemble comprises three buildings. The chapel and the castle date from the 15th century. They were completely remodelled after 1840 and decorated in the troubadour style. The 18th-century main dwelling was built to house the administrative services of the diocese. These buildings are organized around a central rectangular space in the middle of a vast and remarkable park. The history of this ensemble is very closely linked to that of the abbey of the Victory. Indeed, it is in 1214 that Philip Augustus grants to the chancellor Guérin, bishop of Senlis, the site of Montleroy, which will subsequently take the name of Montleveque. It will never cease to belong to the bishops of Senlis until the Revolution. The buildings are purchased in 1806 by the family of Pontalba who give it its present arrangement.
