Historique
Belle demeure édifiée dans la seconde moitié du 18e siècle pour un orfèvre parisien, Claude Nicolas Souchet, construite sur une pente, elle comporte deux étages côté nord et trois côté sud. De toiture très simple elle ne comporte d'autre décor que les armoiries sommant la porte centrale de quelques éléments de mouluration. La maison Saint-Pierre doit son nom à l'une des chapelles édifiées par le connétable de Montmorency, encore visible quoique très dégradée à l'est. Quoique très simple dans son ordonnance, elle est bien représentative d'un type de l'architecture civile de cette époque. Visible du château, elle occupe une place importante dans le site.

History
Fine residence built in the second half of the 18th century for a Parisian goldsmith, Claude Nicolas Souchet, constructed on a slope, it comprises two storeys on the north side and three on the south side. Of very simple roof it comprises no other decoration than the coat of arms surmounting the central door and a few moulding elements. The house Saint-Pierre owes its name to one of the chapels built by the Constable of Montmorency, still visible although much degraded to the east. Although very simple in its arrangement, it is well representative of a type of civil architecture of this period. Visible from the castle, it occupies an important place in the site.
