La construction d'une partie de l'église a été financée avant 1551 par le Cardinal de Givry, évêque de Langres. La construction, de style champenois, s'est achevée à la fin du 16e siècle. Le clocher-porche daterait du 18e siècle. En 1803, l'église est érigée en église paroissiale ; la première travée de la nef et le porche ont été refaits vers cette date.

History
The construction of part of the church was financed before 1551 by the Cardinal de Givry, bishop of Langres. The construction, of Champagne style, was completed at the end of the 16th century. The porch tower would date from the 18th century. In 1803, the church is erected as a parish church; the first bay of the nave and the porch were remade at about that date.
