History
The former manor of Leuzeu comprised a painted ceiling of the 17th century, registered on the list of Historic Monuments on 25 September 1928. These painted ceilings were removed and transported to Dijon in 1949 where they were reinstalled on the 1st floor of former stables of a private townhouse at 17, Place Bossuet, private property. This painted ceiling was rediscovered there by Monsieur Bernard Sonnet, Curator of Antiquities and works of art of the Côte d'Or in January 1990 (source correspondence of 4 May 2022 CRMH-town hall of Leuzeu).
