History
The abbey was founded in the first half of the 12th century (1127). The church, rebuilt in 1241, was destroyed during the Revolution; only a wall with arcading, a buttress and a mullioned window remain. Towards the east, two buildings (stables, sheds, granary, etc.) of the 12th-13th centuries are separated by a small courtyard; one of them was reworked in the 17th century. To the south-west there exists an old cider press of the 15th century, with two naves with barrel vaults.
