Moulin à farine construit en 1682 (date portée). Typique de la région de Caen, ce moulin, installé sur un affluent de la Dives, est en petit appareil de pierre calcaire et de plan rectangulaire ; il se prolonge par le logement du meunier. La roue hydraulique, refaite, est une roue dite de côté, à auges en bois et moyeu métallique. Le dispositif mécanique est classique : au rez-de-chaussée, transmissions en fonte, engrenages et renvoi, au premier étage, planchéié, se trouve le jeu de meules. L'équipement paraît dater de la fin du 19e siècle.

History
Flour mill built in 1682 (date borne). Typical of the Caen region, this mill, installed on a tributary of the Dives, is in small coursing of limestone and rectangular plan; it extends into the miller's dwelling. The water wheel, remade, is a so-called side wheel, with wooden buckets and metal hub. The mechanical arrangement is classical: on the ground floor, cast-iron transmissions, gears and turning, on the first floor, planked, is found the pair of millstones. The equipment appears to date from the end of the 19th century.
