Le fief de l'Epinay relevait de la seigneurie du Haut-Villiers en Saint-Hilaire. Le domaine comprend le logis manable, trois bâtiments de communs, un colombier et les vestiges d'une enceinte fortifiée. Le logis rectangulaire est flanqué d'une tour d'escalier circulaire, et est le seul manoir du Perche à posséder un étage à pans de bois sur un soubassement de pierres. History
The fief of l'Epinay fell under the lordship of Haut-Villiers in Saint-Hilaire. The domain comprises the main dwelling, three outbuildings, a dovecot and the remains of a fortified enclosure.
