History
At this location was to be built the seigneurial house where the counts of Perche resided in the 12th century. In its present state, it dates from the 17th century. It is a dwelling of Louis XIII style, pierced by a rusticated gateway with vermiculated channels and a cut pediment into which is set a wrought-iron balcony of the 18th century. In the courtyard are two buildings arranged at right angles. On the left is situated a wing constructed in rubble stone; on the right, the wing is in ashlar. This wing rests on a tower of the rampart.
