Au 12e siècle, une confirmation attribue ce prieuré à l'abbaye de Lonlay. L'ancienne chapelle fut reconstruite au 18e siècle. Le portail roman fut remonté sur la façade occidentale. Les six chapiteaux et les colonnes sont du 12e siècle et leur décor caractéristique de l'architecture normande du début de ce siècle. Le bâtiment actuel du prieuré est caractéristique de l'architecture du 16e siècle.

History
In the 12th century, a confirmation attributes this priory to Lonlay abbey. The former chapel was rebuilt in the 18th century. The Romanesque portal was reassembled on the western façade. The six capitals and columns date from the 12th century and their decoration is characteristic of Norman architecture of the beginning of that century. The present priory building is characteristic of 16th-century architecture.
