History
The castle was originally a small fortress. At the beginning of the 18th century, the new owner decided to build a new building in cut stone. It is a classical dwelling flanked to the west by a small pavilion. The north façade presents an avant-corps in slight projection, surmounted by a triangular pediment. Two pilasters frame the round-arched openings of the storey. Inside, the stone staircase has a wrought-iron railing. The great hall is entirely ornamented with sculpted panelling, in natural pitchpin. The inspiration of the decoration is of Louis XVI style.
