Cette porte faisait partie de l'ancien hôtel d'Aumont de la Vente où était descendu Jacques II d'Angleterre en 1692, chassé de son pays par la Révolution. History
This door was part of the old Aumont de la Vente mansion where Jacques II of England stayed in 1692, driven from his country by the Revolution. Subsequently, the building was divided into two parts. The door presents two Doric pilasters, with ashlar shafts, supporting a classical entablature, itself surmounted by a semicircular pediment. The leaves are made of perforated panels, contrasting with the solid panels at the bottom.
