La chapelle Heuzebroscq est en fait l'ancienne paroisse de la commune de Notre-Dame de la Chapelle Heuzebroscq, rattachée à Beuvrigny le 29 avril 1829. Il s'agit d'un édifice que l'on peut dater du second quart du 16e siècle, si l'on part de l'hypothèse raisonnable que la date portée sur la charpente à entrait et poinçon (1536) correspond à une fin de chantier. Plusieurs dates portées in situ indiquent réfections et travaux en tout genre : en lambris de couvrement, on trouve 1699, 1723. En façade ouest, la pierre au dessus de la porte d'entrée porte la date de 1753. Cette dernière date correspond à une campagne assez importante, avec la reconstruction de l'actuel clocher-peigne, la suppression du petit transept saillant sud, sans doute pour des raisons sanitaires. Dans le même temps sont sciés au moins trois entraits de charpente qui devaient menacer ruine, les fenêtres sont agrandies et enfin, un mur de refend est élevé dans le sanctuaire pour établir un autel. A l'origine, le vaisseau était unique, la sacristie n'a été établie qu'après coup. On y voit encore la piscine placée côté Epître. L'église présente une analogie certaine avec l'église voisine de Saint-Symphorien des Buttes à Saint-Amand, inscrite depuis 1993 (notice Mérimée PA00125303).

The chapel Heuzebroscq is in fact the former parish of the commune of Notre-Dame de la Chapelle Heuzebroscq, attached to Beuvrigny on 29 April 1829. It is a building that can be dated to the second quarter of the 16th century, if one starts from the reasonable hypothesis that the date borne on the roof structure with collar tie and principal rafter (1536) corresponds to the end of the construction period. At the same time at least three collar ties of the roof structure that were threatening to collapse are cut through, the windows are enlarged and finally, a partition wall is erected in the sanctuary to establish an altar. Originally, the vessel was single, the sacristy was only established afterwards. The piscina placed on the Epistle side can still be seen there. The church presents a certain analogy with the neighbouring church of Saint-Symphorien des Buttes at Saint-Amand, registered since 1993 (Mérimée notice PA00125303).
