En 1251, un incendie ravage l'abbaye. Destruction des maisons et des granges au cours de la guerre de Cent ans. En 1568, l'abbaye est pillée par les protestants. Après la Révolution, l'abbaye est transformée en exploitation agricole. Entre 1896 et 1912, effondrement de la voûte de la nef. De 1934 à 1989, l'édifice est réutilisé comme préventorium et établissement scolaire.
