Le manoir est situé sur le haut coteau qui domine la vallée du Layon. Le châtelet d'entrée du 14e siècle est traversé par un porche et un passage piétonnier voûtés en berceau brisé. History
The manor is situated on the high hillside that overlooks the valley of the Layon. The 14th-century gatehouse is crossed by a porch and a pedestrian passage with broken-barrel vaults. The farm buildings occupy the site of the curtain walls and are organised around a pentagonal courtyard. The main dwelling, built on older vaulted cellars, appears to date back to the 15th century. It is provided with an octagonal stair tower, retains 15th-century fireplaces and window grilles from the same period; it was remodelled in the 17th century.
