Ce château, vaste ensemble avec communs, ferme et jardin, a été édifié vers 1657 pour Sébastien Serezin, conseiller et ancien président de l'élection d'Angers. Le château est constitué d'un corps de logis flanqué de deux ailes formant avant-corps latéraux. La cour d'honneur est encadrée par les communs, les écuries, la sellerie, les logements des domestiques. A côté du château, se situe la ferme et derrière le château une chapelle fondée en 1662. L'intérieur du château conserve des décors de qualité notamment le grand salon avec ses boiseries 18e siècle et la salle à manger Louis XVI.

History
This castle, a vast complex with outbuildings, farm and garden, was built around 1657 for Sébastien Serezin, counsellor and former president of the election of Angers. The castle is composed of a main dwelling flanked by two wings forming lateral avant-corps. The court of honour is framed by outbuildings, stables, saddlery, and domestic servants' quarters. Beside the castle is the farm and behind the castle a chapel founded in 1662.
