Achevé en 1872, ce moulin tour, fut construit par René Couet, meunier, au bord de la grande route de Segré à Cholet que l'on venait d'ouvrir dans les Landes d'Asnières. Grand moulin à trois étages, sa tour s'ouvre par deux travées de fenêtres et portes hautes à arcs segmentaires en brique, éclairant largement les espaces de travail de chaque niveau. Ses mécanismes étaient au complet lors de sa protection.

History
Completed in 1872, this tower mill was built by René Couet, miller, at the edge of the main road from Segré to Cholet which had just been opened through the Landes d'Asnières. A large mill with three storeys, its tower opens through two bays of tall windows and doors with segmental arches in brick, lighting widely the working spaces on each level. Its mechanisms were complete when it was protected.
