Abbaye fondée au 12e siècle par les Bénédictins. Du 12e siècle subsiste l'église, recouverte au 15e siècle par une charpente. L'abbaye adhère à la réforme mauriste : reconstruction des bâtiments conventuels et du cloître au 18e siècle (1743). Vendue comme bien national à la Révolution.

Abbey founded in the 12th century by the Benedictines. From the 12th century remains the church, covered in the 15th century by a roof structure. The abbey adheres to the Maurist reform: reconstruction of the conventional buildings and the cloister in the 18th century (1743). Sold as national property at the Revolution.
