History
Building intended to store fodder, the building was realised in 1775, in the northern part of the promenade called the Allées. The pediment of the monumental doorway bears the date of 1775 on a cartouche. Until 1901, it presented with gentle sloping ramps at each end. The store at the Allées is, today, isolated from its military context. However, it offers a striking appearance with its monumental door.
