History
The mill formerly served for land drainage. It no longer has sails, and the Archimedean screw was removed and replaced by an electric pump collecting the waters of the lower canal to return them to the upper canal by means of a semi-circular masonry channel bypassing the mill. The latter is composed of an octagonal wooden tower resting on a masonry base, the head alone being pivotable; the entire wooden part and the roof are covered with shingles.
