Maison particulière du 18e siècle implantée dans le premier plan régulier de la ville de Saint-Pierre adopté en 1730. Sa construction date probablement des années 1760 et c'est sans doute le plus ancien édifice conservé dans la ville. C'est une demeure construite en maçonnerie, à un étage carré couvert d'un comble à la Mansart (toiture couverte d'essentes de bois).

History
Private house of the 18th century built in the first regular plan of the city of Saint-Pierre adopted in 1730. Its construction probably dates from the 1760s and it is no doubt the oldest building preserved in the city. It is a dwelling built in masonry, with one storey covered with a Mansard roof (roofing covered with wooden shingles).
