Historique
Divisé entre plusieurs familles, le château perdit peu à peu la cohérence de son organisation autour d'une cour. Il reste une grange de vaste proportion et un logis noble de plan en L avec une tour hexagonale dans l'angle, abritant un escalier en vis. L'ensemble offre un aspect relativement restauré avec baies à meneaux restaurées et traces de baies gothiques. L'élévation est du logis 15e-16e siècle, est cantonnée d'une excroissance partant depuis l'angle nord-est, sorte de passage étroit et défensif dans lequel se lisent des traces de pont-levis et conduisant à une tour ronde au crénelage sur mâchicoulis refait. Deux cheminées des 17e et 18e siècles ainsi qu'une cheminée du 15e sont à noter.

History
Divided among several families, the château gradually lost the coherence of its organisation around a courtyard. There remains a barn of vast proportions and a noble dwelling of L-shaped plan with a hexagonal tower in the angle, containing a spiral staircase. The whole presents a relatively restored appearance with mullioned openings that have been restored and traces of Gothic openings. The east elevation of the dwelling, dating from the 15th-16th century, is flanked by an outgrowth starting from the north-east angle, a sort of narrow and defensive passage in which traces of a drawbridge can be read and leading to a round tower with crenellation on rebuilt machicolations. Two chimneys of the 17th and 18th centuries as well as a chimney of the 15th century are to be noted.
