Historique

History
The site appears to have been occupied since the Neolithic. A Gallo-Roman villa is recorded in the adjoining vineyards. If the main dwelling dates essentially to the 17th century, the dovecot is dated to 1595. A second date was noted in the outbuildings (1764). The attached mill was separated by a enclosure wall towards 1850. Previously, the main dwelling, like the mill, had its own independent courtyard. A porch was opened to the south in the 19th century, whereas the entrance to the enclosed courtyard of outbuilding ranges was initially to the east. The long ranges to the north and east house a distillery, sheds, a bakehouse. The square dovecot, built over a vaulted cellar, is found in the south-east angle. Approximately 880 dovecot holes still accommodate pigeons. Two dormers with Renaissance decoration open the east and west façades of the hip roof. The main dwelling is pierced with two axial doors with pilasters and moulded entablature. The interior retains three chimneys with straight hood in moulded stone and a vestibule with boarded ceiling, vaulted.
