Les principales modifications à l'église initiale, construite vraisemblablement à la fin du 13e siècle ou au début du 14e, semblent liées aux guerres de Religion. La tourelle d'escalier au nord, menant au clocher, percée de meurtrières, paraît également appartenir à cette campagne de travaux de la fin du 16e siècle. History
The principal modifications to the initial church, built presumably in the late 13th century or early 14th century, seem linked to the Wars of Religion. The chevet was raised and provided, to the east, with a brattice. The stair turret to the north, leading to the bell tower, pierced with arrow slits, appears also to belong to this campaign of works of the late 16th century. The canopy sheltering the western façade must have been added in the 19th century, as must the plaster vault of the nave which replaced the initial Gothic vault. Initially, the plan of the church was in the form of a cross with nave, transept and flat chevet. The south arm of the transept has disappeared. The bell tower is square, massive, still of Romanesque character.
