L'ensemble fortifié était constitué, à l'origine, d'une enceinte à peu près carrée dont trois des angles (nord, ouest et sud) étaient garnis d'une petite tour de défense. A l'angle est se trouvait un donjon rectangulaire. Ce donjon avait ses trois angles extérieurs garnis de mâchicoulis de pierre. L'ensemble a subi de nombreuses transformations. History
The fortified ensemble originally consisted of an approximately square enclosure, three of whose angles (north, west and south) were furnished with a small defensive tower. At the east angle stood a rectangular keep. This keep had its three outer angles furnished with stone machicolations. The ensemble underwent numerous transformations. Only the north tower has retained the integrity of its base, with its flanking loopholes and a roof. That of the west is in ruins. The bays of that of the south subsist in the more recent construction of the main dwelling built following the keep in the 17th century. The current entrance portal appears to be a reconstruction of the 17th century. The keep has retained its defences. It comprises a vaulted ground floor. The two storeys above are collapsed. The roof structure appears, in its essential elements, to date from the 15th century.
