Historique
Il ne reste de l'église primitive à trois nefs que la base du clocher. L'église a été construite à la suite du clocher, après la ruine du bâtiment primitif. Le clocher conserve des restes de fortifications. Un chemin de ronde en encorbellement, en partie ruiné, permettait d'accéder de la tourelle d'escalier à une tourelle bâtie sur un contrefort de bas-côté nord et de gagner, de là, le beffroi du clocher par un escalier droit en pierre accroché au flanc du pignon ouest de l'église. Les quelques marches subsistant en haut et dans l'angle sud-est de la base du clocher ainsi que la porte d'angle à laquelle aboutissent ces marches, indiquent qu'il existait de ce côté, au-dessus du bas-côté droit, un rampant de pignon semblable à celui de gauche.

History
Nothing remains of the primitive three-aisled church except the base of the bell tower. The church was built following the bell tower, after the ruin of the primitive building. The bell tower retains remains of fortifications. A parapet walk in corbelling, partly ruined, allowed access from the stair turret to a turret built on a buttress of the north aisle and to reach from there the belfry of the bell tower by a straight stone staircase attached to the flank of the west gable of the church. The few steps remaining at the top and in the south-east angle of the base of the bell tower as well as the corner doorway to which these steps lead indicate that there existed on this side, above the right aisle, a rampant gable similar to that on the left.
