Historique
Le clocher est le vestige d'une grande église romane détruite pendant les guerres de Religion. Il a été en partie dérasé lors de l'incendie de l'église, puis transformé en tour fortifiée et surmonté, au début du 16e siècle, d'une flèche en charpente recouverte d'ardoises. Il est accolé à une église du début du 19e siècle.

History
The bell tower is a vestige of a large Romanesque church destroyed during the Wars of Religion. It was partly cut down during the church fire, then transformed into a fortified tower and surmounted, at the beginning of the 16th century, by a roof structure of spire covered with slate. It is adjoined to a church of the early 19th century.
