Historique
En 1160, l'église était donnée à l'abbaye de La Couronne. Rebâtie à la fin du 12e siècle. L'édifice a été fortifié pendant la guerre de Cent ans et réparée au 17e siècle. Plan rectangulaire à une seule nef et chevet plat. La nef est couverte par une voûte en berceau brisé en pierre. Le carré du transept est couvert par une coupole sur pendentifs, elle-même surmontée par le clocher carré. La façade occidentale s'ouvre par un portail du 13e siècle en arc brisé, à cinq voussures. Au-dessus, vestiges d'une échauguette. L'édifice conserve à l'intérieur un ensemble complet de chapiteaux romans présentant des animaux mythiques, des feuillages stylisés, et même une série de personnages dans le carré sous clocher.

History
In 1160, the church was given to the abbey of La Couronne. Rebuilt at the end of the 12th century. The building was fortified during the Hundred Years War and repaired in the 17th century. Rectangular plan with a single nave and flat chevet. The nave is covered by a broken barrel vault in stone. The square of the transept is covered by a dome on pendentives, itself surmounted by the square bell tower. The western façade opens by a 13th-century pointed arch portal with five voussures. Above, remains of a watchtower. The building retains within a complete ensemble of Romanesque capitals presenting mythical animals, stylised foliage, and even a series of figures in the square under the bell tower.
