Ancienne maison consulaire qui abrita la Cour des Aides de Montpellier en 1622. Les Etats du Languedoc s'y assemblèrent plusieurs fois et y votèrent, le 22 juillet 1632, la Révolte du Languedoc. L'édifice comporte deux parties distinctes. Celle en façade sur la place a été construite à la fin du 17e siècle, devant la façade de l'ancienne construction du 16e siècle dont toutes les parties subsistent. A l'intérieur, escalier avec colonnes et motifs sculptés. Portes à encadrements décorés. La coupure est visible en façade sur la petite rue latérale de droite. La partie droite de cette façade latérale présente des fenêtres à meneaux de la Renaissance et la partie gauche un appareillage différent et une ordonnance 17e.

History
Former municipal house which housed the Court of Aides of Montpellier in 1622. The Estates of Languedoc assembled there several times and voted there, on 22 July 1632, the Revolt of Languedoc. The building comprises two distinct parts. The one facing the square was built at the end of the 17th century, in front of the façade of the former construction of the 16th century of which all the parts remain. Inside, staircase with columns and sculptured motifs. Doors with decorated frames. The division is visible on the façade on the small lateral street on the right. The right part of this lateral façade presents Renaissance mullioned windows and the left part a different masonry and a 17th-century arrangement.
